I had a refund issue after my Subway order was cancelled because of a technical problem. Even after waiting five days and contacting my bank, I still had no resolution.
I then reached out to Subway and spoke with Supervisor Christi. She went above and beyond to help. Instead of simply escalating the issue to the technical team, which would have taken even longer, she personally made sure I received my refund so I didn’t have to wait for weeks.

Fast and friendly service, food is consistently prepared, and orders are always ready at the expected time if you order pickup. No complaints, it's a really good Subway!
Though at the end of the day, it's still Subway.
