I had an amazing experience here. Usually I feel very awkward in these settings but the person working there was very sweet. I don’t remember his name but he was very friendly and helped me with picking out stuff for my sandwich. And it was the best one I’ve ever had.
I had a refund issue after my Subway order was cancelled because of a technical problem. Even after waiting five days and contacting my bank, I still had no resolution.
I then reached out to Subway and spoke with Supervisor Christi. She went above and beyond to help. Instead of simply escalating the issue to the technical team, which would have taken even longer, she personally made sure I received my refund so I didn’t have to wait for weeks.
