staff looks like a clown circus...takes 20 min in the drive thru...order always wrong
Store closed … drive thru open…no signs stating closed on store or app. Placed order online for fast pick up. Currently sitting in like 15 minutes and would leave but it’s already been paid for!!!

This Tim Hortons location offers decent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The night shift staff are friendly and consistently serve good coffee. However, the drive-through staff can be inattentive at times. The location sometimes lacks variety in donuts and soup, and the staff may prioritize drive-through orders over in-store customers. Customers should be cautious with their orders, as staff may not always listen carefully to customer requests, particularly regarding allergies.
This Tim Hortons is considered one of the better locations in the Moncton area. They are quick and efficient, and usually get orders right. Customers have praised the excellent service, with one customer mentioning a staff member who went above and beyond to correct an order. Another customer had an amazing experience with a staff member named Axel, who provided great customer service and was very kind and generous. However, there have been some concerns about a staff member without a hairnet who was touching their clothing while working in the sandwich unit.
