They make a lot of stuff themselves, like broths and various sauces. Thang is super enthusiastic about the authentic cuisine that he and his family make, you can tell they really want to share their passion for food with everyone! “Stayed in moncton for business. Found this place close to the hotel. First night I got take out. Bun Kao. It was so good all I could think about was going back for lunch the next day. I ordered the same thing the next day. Restaurant just opened when we arrived and it was cold inside. However the food came hot and was so good! I heard the person telling others we were on the trip with that they wish they knew the restaurant was there sooner because they would have had all their meals there. Will 100% go back and try something else from the menu.“
