Correct.
Great food and most of the staff was friendly. One lady who appeared to be the manager maybe was yelling orders, snapping at the other staff and using some bad language in front of my kids. The young man working was very polite and friendly.
I usually try to find something positive to say... so our subs were ready on time and handed to me in a respectful manner.
Aside from that, I don't have much kindness to offer, the bread was stale and hard as a rock, they gave me banana peppers instead of Jalepeno's, completely missed my request to cut the bread the old way, then squeezed no less than half a bottle of mayo on my sub and the lettuce was wilted and slimy despite the details being written out in a mobile order....read full review
