We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The 11th Mile. The gnocchi was hands-down some of the best I’ve had in a very long time — perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced, and full of flavour without being heavy. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, the service was genuinely fantastic, and the owner even came by to say hello, which always makes the experience feel extra special. You can truly feel the care that goes into a family-run business here. A must-visit spot in Fredericton — we’ll absolutely be back! 🍝✨

We booked a table for my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, hoping for a romantic evening. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The tables were placed so close together that it felt like we were sitting with the people next to us, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
When we ordered our steaks, the server didn’t even ask for our preferred doneness, and we expected a fancy restaurant to prepare it well—but the meat turned out extremely tough. Throughout the meal, no one checked in to ask how the food was, and after we finished, the server simply cleared the plates and asked if we wanted dessert, without ever asking how our meal had been.
We left feeling upset, especially since it was such a special occasion. It was far from the romantic night we had hoped for.

On a driving trip thru Canada, we stopped in Fredericton to tour the Lord Beaverbrook Art Gallery. When we looked for an equally great restaurant for dinner, we were lucky to stumble onto 11th Mile. Delicious food, excellent service, wonderful cocktails. Couldn’t ask for better.

We were visiting Fredericton and found this restaurant while doing a google search for best places to eat in Fredericton. We were intrigued by the menu and excited to try it given the great reviews and that it is chef-owned. We were so happy to be able to get a same-day dinner reservation. We arrived early and were warmly greeted, and invited to sit at the patio and served water while waiting for our table inside to be ready.
We ordered the gnocchi, caraflex cabbage, seared ahi tuna and flank steak. All the dishes arrived quickly, were beautifully plated and delicious. The gnocchi was sublime - pillow soft and light - best gnocchi we have ever had. As for the caraflex cabbage - who would have thought we could rave over a cabbage dish! We wrapped up dinner with 2 lovely dessert - the semifreddo and panna cotta.
Service was attentive throughout, with our water constantly topped up and the servers asking for feedback on each dish. Jennie was the perfect host and just made the entire dining experience so much more enjoyable. This was definitely the highlight of our trip!
