Service was good. Portions of the beef dish was off: one was large and inviting but, the other one was half the size and mostly fat. My daughter ordered a $45 steak ànd mash potatoes but " the chef can't do those" unbelievable. No accommodation for a child ordering off the adult menu. Her steak came cooked well but half was all fat and sinews. Not a strip loin at all. Pub quality food at fine dining prices. Sad as first time in Fredricton and was looking for a nice go to while here.

My daughter ordered the $45 steak and asked if they could do mashed potatoes and was refused why "the chef can't do that" Wow, her steak was cooked well but a large chunk of fat and sinew on one side that was inedible.

As you walk into this charming local restaurant you are greeted by cheerful staff and in for a pleasant experience. A laid back atmosphere where you can dress up or down and enjoy yourself. The food experience is beautiful, from the excitement of the staff to the plating to the taste of everything is wonderful. If there is ever a concerns or questions servers are always happy to help and never made me feel like a burden. Delicious gluten free and vegan options!

Great place. Love the reclaimed decor, reminiscent of the old Cosmo dance club. The meal was excellent. I am not a fan of quinoa but with the salmon it was perfect. My wife had the duct and is still raving about it. Sam and all the staff made sure we had a delightfully evening meal. Thanks.
Had the most expensive dish on the menu...the steak...it was horrible. Small strip loin with tons of fat on it. It was like eating a piece of leather. What a waste of money! This will no doubt be my last visit to the crappy restaurant.

On Thanksgiving weekend, some friends invited them to join us for dinner at Brewbakers. We hadn’t been there for years, and were unsure what to expect. We had a table on the rooftop terrace, which was lovely, warm and cozy. We all chose different mains and different desserts. The meals, the ambiance, the service, and the desserts were all wonderful, and we had the best night out we’ve had in a long time. This weekend, we have a friend visiting and we wanted to entertain her with a dinner out, so back we went. We chose different mains this time, but were equally impressed. The prices weren’t cheap, but were certainly reasonable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends. Kudos to the new management!

If only I could give 10 stars. This was simply a phenomenal meal. Every last bite was full of flavour, from the vegetables to the meat and even the garnish. We had the scallops with pork belly and would have had another one if we could have. The tuna tartare with strawberry, so fresh and bursting with taste. We followed with the lamb risotto, with meat that was incredibly tender and complimented by the risotto. The duck breast was cooked just right and the vegetables held their own. Samantha ensured our evening was perfect.

I would have given five stars but I took my wife for our anniversary dinner. It was our first time to restaurant. She went on recommendation of a coworker to have the salmon. They did not have any and it's on their menu. That was disappointing.
