My first time in Fredericton and I had to go to Abbey Cafe! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, I love all the adorable animal artwork, the bright red chairs and benches and everything in between!They have a couple shelves where they carry some grocery type items, like specialty chocolate bars, Dandies marshmallows, nooch, vegan jerky and more! Overall a great spot to study with a mug of something delicious, have coffee dates, lunches, and look at some wonderful art.Lots of cozy spots to sit, affordable food options, and lots of vegan goodies.Today I had a California bowl that had way too much soy sauce on it, and they don't have tons of GF options for lunch but I still love this place.

I ordered myself the Garlic Tofu bowl. Have to say, I was blown away by how good it was.Great portion size, the meal left me feeling full but not over stuffed, price point was very fair and the staff was super friendly.
