I usually get tea from the one off Smythe, but the last time I was there the clerk accused me of yelling into the intercom and said because of that I made her fall...I was in shock, bc I was not yelling, I know people have hard days but to blame a customer for them slipping is just absurd, let alone yelling which I was not. Will still go there for coffee tho, :)
