Staff definitely is not friendly. Chicken they gave was way too small for a whole part. Asked if chicken can be replaced but staff said she cannot do anything for a small chicken part. It's not a small chicken part, it's half of a drumstick for crying out loud. If it were only a whole small drumstick, I wouldn't ask.

My wife enjoyed the take out 2 piece chicken with fries. It tasted fresh and nicely seasoned with good fries. Portion was adequate.

Way too much grease on chicken. Fries were OK. Generous portions of chicken. Did not like the white pepper or Chipotle on chicken!

The fish and chips are wonder. The portions are worth the money. Very reasonable prices.

Been going there for decades but like everywhere else the price has gone up to start off the new year and the Econo dinners for two has increased substantially and we sure couldn't figure out why unless the bag of crinkle cut fries that was divided between two Econo dinners was packed on top of the spindly two pieces of chicken buried underneath was the reason. Also had asked for potato salad instead of the half a bag of fries which has been no problem in the past but that didn't happen either.Disappointed to say the least because Dixie Lee has always been our go to restaurant for chicken for many years.

Family and I enjoyed our visit. Good/Fresh food. Good service. Some confusion, menu is a little much to understand but we figured it out.

Customer service was great. The chicken and fries were fresh and hot ... Best Dixie Lee I've ever had!Parking: Parking was fine, it was on a corner lot so easy access to roads.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to my 6 year old grandson.

The best Dixie Lee I have been to besides Chatham (Miramichi). Pasta salad here is a notch above.

Good food, good value, great service.Until changing jobs and having my office be on the North side of the city, I had never heard of Dixie Lee before. That was a shame because boy is it tasty.Their chicken is crispy and has a noticeable difference in flavour profile from your standard KFCs and Mary Browns which offered my tastebuds something new and flavourful. Their fish while oily, maintains a suburb, mouth watering crunch. Their seafood offerings are deep fried and delicious. Also, I don't know if all locations are like this, but whether it's a long time employee or new hire, the staff at this location were friendly, informative and just overal nice people to be around for a few minutes at lunch times. As my coworker said, I think they've got me "Dixie Leedicted".

Was told the restaurant does not take “small” orders over the phone: makes for difficult pick up on a short lunch.

Very fresh and tasty products. Some people want immediate service at these types of resturants, but the few minute wait for fresh fries and chicken are way worth it. I've eaten at alot of Dixie Lee's - this one scores towards the top for food quality. The staff are great. Friendly & pleasant. Reasonable pricing.Parking: A bit dicey due to layout.

if you order a kids meal here you can not substitute POP for juice they expect you to give pop to a toddler and the prices are outrageous for what you get two kids meals and the smallest size popcorn chicken and me having to buy my daughter juice seperate and it was 30 dollars never again
