It was mid, the delivery driver told me my total was $40 so I gave him a 5 dollar tip I thought that was expensive then he gave me the receipt and left so I checked it and it said the total was $28 I tipped that fatass $17 because he told me my total was $40 he added his own tip and told me that, that was the total I never said I was going to tip. Give me my money back yk how you are

We have recently started going here. We so love the food and most importantly the service. The staff is super nice and always smiling. So welcoming. We tried the pizzas, garlic fingers, small fries and chicken poutine. All good, not greasy and super tasty! What really got us is that 2 of them acrually remembered us and our order just the second visit!!! Love you guys!!!

Jack's came recommended as a great Donair spot from my husband. Had some friends visiting who had never had an east coast Donair before so we came here. Not sure who was serving us, if it was the owner or not as it was my first time here as well, but he gave us a free bowl of fresh cut fries while we waited. It was very kind and much appreciated by us! Not to mention the Donair was delicious to boot. The pizza looked really good as well but we didn't have any.

Really terrible spot. Guy working the counter rushes you even when it's not busy. The pizza is terrible, and way more expensive than it has ever been before. The place looks and feels very dirty as well for a food service kitchen.
I would rather eat a frozen pizza from the superstore for 5-7$ than pay 8$ for another garbage slice from this place. I think they only have business because the people who go there are mostly drunk. 🥴

This was the worst customer service ever. He was so rude and had no understanding of English at all. And besides the fact a medium pizza 35 dollars which is outrageous. This is the worst place in all New Brunswick. They need to be out of business asap.

Hands down best garlic fingers in Fredericton! Pizza is delicious and Putin is just a-whole-nothe level! Highly recommend!!!! And make sure to order their 22” pizzas and garlic fingers easily gonna feed 12-15 people with 2 of these. Better deal than anywhere else in town to feed and satisfy a crowd
The food is not that good at all, I ordered the Donaire, the meat was OK, but the rest of it was horrible, that is not donaire sauce, really gross, is runny as hell, was not overly impressed with the pizza, it was OK, the garlic fingers were absolutely horrible, it’s just like processed dough, I’ll probably try another pizza sometime maybe.

I remember when jacks was the best pizza in town, but last night they charged me 24$ for 2 slices of pizza, supposed to be works but didn't have anything on it. Didn't taste like anything really bland. Super disappointed, will not be going there again with the outrageous prices and downhill quality. Sorry jacks you ve fallin far from what you were.
