Stood there for 10 minutes to get a coffee while every worker ran around not knowing what they were doing or what was going on so I turn around and left went and had a Tim Hortons coffee it's pretty sad when you can't get a coffee in the morning

I already left a review but i can’t see it. Today i arrived at 5:58 at the outter ordering screen in drive thru and they kept taking peoples orders on the inner one, after 10 minutes nobody was at the inner one and my order still wasn’t being taken so i decided to pull up anyway. There was someone at the second window and by the time i pulled up there was someone behind me and the person at the second window was not moving. Nobody was moving. the person behind me at the paying window got their food and paid there then left, it was around 6:30 when the person behind me left and the lady working in the first window told me to reverse to that window which i appreciated but i was going to be late to work if i kept waiting and was already mad about this situation. there was 3 people including me when i first got there me and the other person were both there for half an hour and i never got to order- all i wanted was a coffee. This was ridiculous main st mcdonalds is the worst one, ive never been to a slower one.

People joke that it's McDonald's it's the same everywhere I disagree. There are good McDonald's and bad McDonald's and this is a great McDonald's food was hot fresh ready when I wanted it I didn't wait long and Derek never wasn't tasty. Team Northside for the win!

Sat in drive through for 20min. Inside lane. Outside lane kept advancing, while inside lane just sat with nobody taking orders. 4 card went ahead of me. I was furious. No pop was available either. Then after I ordered, I had to wait in parking spot 2 until my order was finished. Waited another 15min.Do not go to Northside McDonald's!Are there no managers on duty on Saturday???Only positive thing is that everything was very hot. Thank goodness.

As of January 2024, this restaurant has new staff, and they are amazing! Before if you went in the evenings or on weekends, service was awful, and you’d end up waiting half an hour at times, but was good through the week. Now, service is efficient and thorough all the time. No complaints about this location.
