Went with my partner last Friday evening after a photography session along the river and Naru was the perfect way to end the night. The soft lighting inside made the whole space feel incredibly warm and intimate, which honestly had me itching to pull my camera out again. We shared the salmon tataki and it was one of those dishes that just stops the conversation for a minute. The staff were attentive without hovering, and the whole experience felt genuinely thoughtful from start...
I travel for business and frequent sushi restaurants as often as possible. I visited Naru this evening and learned it serves excellent sushi, ttempura and ramen. If you need a sushi fix this is a place you will like - and I look forward to which I look forward tk returning!
Best sushi in Fredericton, hands down, however it is still very mediocre compared to good sushi restaraunts in big cities. Unfortunately, it seems like they're trying to cut down costs given that the fish is sliced extremely thin in both sushi and rolls. Service is good though and menu is quite big.
