My wife and I have been going here for years. Unfailingly prompt service, and conisistently irresistible quality. It is our favourite restaurant in town, particulary because as vegetarians we have a better selection here than just about anywhere else. Also, from one visit to the next, the quality doesn't vary (that's been a complaint for us about other similar places). When we order a favourite, we know exactly what we're getting. Went with my family for dinner. We all had pho. It was served with two spring rolls. The pho was delicious. The broth was very flavourful, and the bean sprouts and green onions added a nice touch. The beef was very nice and the portion of noodles was great.
We had a very nice lunch there. The waiter recommended just the right dish for what we needed. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I'd go back if I'm ever in Fredricton again.
