Stopped at St-Hubert in Fredericton for lunch and ordered the ¼ Chicken Breast with a tossed salad instead of fries.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when the food was brought to our table. The lettuce was limp and wilted, looking as though it had been sitting out under a heat lamp. When I mentioned it at the till, I was told it was due to the weather, which I found hard to believe. I said that if fresher, crisper lettuce wasn’t available, I would prefer fries...read full review
I ordered a side cesear salad that was supposed to have slivers of chicken and cesear dressing! To my surprise when I get back to work with my order, I had no dressing for my salad and no chicken in my salad! Cost almost 8.00 for a few pieces of lettuce that was black around the edges and a few pieces of Parmesan cheese and bacon!
St Hubert Fredericton is under new management and the service is excellent. Restaurent is clean, the staff is efficient and the manager was very friendly.
