Ordered a drink that was very easy to order on Uber eats, loved it, came to the physical location and ordered (outside in my car) waited for 20 minutes for my drink only to find out it's not the same drink, they have 100 different options that are hard to distinguish. Asked the person in the front if they could possible remake the drink as I really liked the one I ordered. She said "no" no follow up or customer service. It's a shame!
