Based on the reviews, Shuyi Tealicious is a great place for bubble tea and to hang out and relax at night. The customer service is excellent, with kind and very nice staff who are incredibly helpful. One staff member even helped a customer charge a dead phone in the middle of a Toronto winter. The menu can be a bit confusing, but the staff helps customers choose their drinks. The drinks are delicious, with the Strawberry Mochi Latte and strawberry macha latte being amazing and very flavourful. The strawberry salty cheese foam and mango cheese foam also tasted delicious and did not disappoint. While it is a bit on the pricey side, customers get value out of it. The store can be busy with online delivery orders, but the staff moves fast. Many reviewers will definitely be coming back.
