We love coming to St. Louis Fredericton to unwind after a long day. We love the cocktails and the quick services given. Would always come back to St. Louis especially with Kunjs hospitality ☺️

Bailey was a wonderful waitress, I always have such a wonderful experience when I go and I always ask for her to serve my table. Last night she took care of so many tables and still provided top tier service, just exceptional!
Always look forward to having Bailey as my waitress!
Was told despite empty booths (4) I wasnt able to get out and would have to be seated at a table. Tables are close together so awful for someone with anxiety

Went here with my partner today and waited 45 minutes for the brunette waitress to come and tell us she forgot our order. Then proceeded to watch her bring beers to other table when she returned saying she forgot we ordered food. Then after asking if she got our drinks also giggled and said she forgot those too. Very uncaring apology and a loud okay when we said we think we’ll go elsewhere if the food is not already on the way. Big waste of time and lack of organization.

I recently visited St. Louis Bar & Grill while visiting family from out of province, and unfortunately, the customer service experience left a very negative impression on our entire table of five. Out waitress was Chloe.
Not only did it take a very long time to be served our food, from the beginning, our waitreas came across as cold, dismissive, and irritated whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. One member of our group ordered the all-you-can-eat hot dogs, yet each time he tried to order additional hot dogs, it felt like an inconvenience. One of the additional orders arrived extremely late after being requested and when he questioned why he was only getting one, she made it seem like we were idiots for not knowing the process.
The food itself was disappointing as well. The lettuce wraps lacked an adequate amount of chicken for the price charged, and overall the quality did not match expectations.
The billing situation became unnecessarily frustrating. We were initially told splitting the bill would not be a problem, yet when it came time to pay, part of the bill was separated for one family member while the remainder — a much larger amount — was handed to me incorrectly. When I politely questioned it, the waitress appeared annoyed that she had to correct it.
There was also an issue regarding an extra sour cream charge. At no point was I informed there would be an additional fee when ordering it. When I mentioned that I was not informed of an extea charge, she responded rudely that “it’s in the menu”, implying customers should already know. The conversation felt dismissive and argumentative rather than professional.
Despite the poor experience, I still tipped on my bill. However, the most unacceptable part of the entire visit happened as we were leaving. After the final person at our table paid, the waitress commented — loud enough for him to hear — that we were “the worst table” she had ever had.
We were not rude, demanding, or disrespectful. We simply expected basic kindness, patience, and customer service. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable.
If I could go back and ask for my change back, I would. I don't think she deserved my $3 tip.
As a visitor from another province, this experience ensured I would never recommend this location to anyone. I certainly hope the rest of Fredericton is not like Chloe. Unfortunately for your restaurant, poor interactions can significantly impact a restaurant’s reputation, and unfortunately this visit did exactly that.
