starbucks regent mall SO RUDE it was 10 minutes before closing and they turned myself and my best friend down from ordering. we will not be back.
Great place. inside Chapters bookstore. Was looking for a souvenir mug that said Starbucks Canada ( I'm from the USA) but didn't see any. Nonetheless the caramel macchiato was delicious! Starbucks is a treat for me as I live in Brooklyn NY and the nearest Starbucks is 2 miles away. Not convenient.

Starbucks Coffee Company employees work hard as a team to deliver good service, even when busy. They maintained professionalism under pressure and ensured all customers got their orders correct. However, one visit for reusable red cup day resulted in a red paper cup, not as advertised. Another visit saw a staff member sucking up whip cream cream on a drink from behind the counter while working. Another staff member with cool eyeliner saved the day and was clearly either new or just a really good worker.
