Staff is always wonderful but you are looking at a minimum 10 min wait for your drink. Mobile orders seem to get priority even when no one is there to pick it up and there is a bunch of customers milling around and waiting for their order they placed at the counter (this is nothing to do with staff, management/corporate would be coming up with and enforcing this rule, so its not the staff's fault). Always delicious, expensive compared to other shops but worth it for the occasional treat.Over popular and over crowded now. Unless you time your visits for off hours there are long lines and long waits no matter if you go inside or use the drive through. Still good quality but due to crowding, take out recommended.
