First time there and I heard one of the owners (or supervisor or someone in charge) very angrily snap at one of the workers. I felt bad for her as I got the impression it probably happens often. Food was good though. EDIT: Owner replied it was because kitchen was loud. I definitely know that was not true by the tone of the boss and by the response of the employee. There's a big difference between the two,

Sun Princess was my favourite for Chinese food in Fredericton. What happened? Is there new owners? My order yesterday was terrible, my favourite was 9 combo, nothing is the same. Sun prince has gone through new owners in the past but the food was always the same and delicious. The chicken pad tia was a ball of goo. Please find the old recipes or fire the cook.

Horrible customer service, I tried to inquire to the menu and she refused to suggest anything at all and was demeaning never going back. I do not not the specials and was told pretty much to go away and read the menu. It's not professional at all

Hands down my favourite Chinese food in Fredericton.
The food was delicious. Service was great. A bit of a wait as they are busy but the server made us aware of the wait upon arrival. Gave us a time frame that was when the food arrived. Chicken balls are mainly chicken with a lite batter.
