We had our Valentine's party at 75 Valcour Drive and had a buffet dinner from Sun Prince Restaurant. We had 24 people and they all said the Chinese food from Sun Prince was the best they has for along time.

Ordered crab Rangoons & the combination plate with chicken balls , fried rice , and egg rolls .. it was soooo good ! Was looking for a good place in Fredericton to eat Chinese food which has been hard to find until I found this place !! Crab Rangoons were crispy on outside and soft on the inside . Fried rice was very good & chicken balls really fresh . Would highly recommend ? ? ?
All in all was pretty good, ordered the sweet and sour pork, Wonton soup and green curry. Been trying to find decent Chinese restaurants in the area and this was probably the second best I've found. Sweet and sour pork was about a 4/5, not too sweet and not too much breading but some pieces were kind of dry, Wonton soup was decent too about 4/5, green curry was the best thing I ordered easily 5/5, strangely though the worst parts of my meal were the rice portions that came...
