while on vacation at my dad's in New Brunswick I wanted to stop at a local , home-made breakfast joint to see what was up in their part of town. I was looking online and landed on The Feel Good restaurant page. and let me tell you, the experience was phenomenal. everything was fresh, tasty, different, felt like going to a friend's place and everything from the food to the service was awesome. The plates were perfect size, not too much, you could taste the quality of all the ingredients. You can't miss when you have that solid of a spot.

My fiancé and I come here nearly every weekend for brunch. We’re tried nearly every single dish. They have fresh OJ and lemonade (not from concentrate) and what I think is the best, foamy latte in Fredericton. Ask about their housemade syrups. The chef is meticulous and the dishes are fresh and unique on a creative/culinary level. Don’t miss out on their house made hot sauce either! We are always treated warmly, the atmosphere is sweet and the music is always nostalgic and uplifting - perfect for in the background of a conversation. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work here, that’s why we keep coming back here for Fredericton’s best breakfast. :)

I really like the decor and the staff is very nice. The washrooms had all the necessities for a good washroom experience, including paper towel and clean facilities. I had the Not Your Basic B, which came with 2 eggs (I chose over-easy), 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of baguette, some fried potato slices, and a homemade sausage (but it is shaped like a patty). One thing that I would like for them to improve is the homemade sausage because it was very salty. For the price, I would also like bigger portions (the baguette slices and bacon were very small and I have a big appetite). Moreover, we had to wait over 20 minutes for the food, so it turned breakfast into brunch. One of my fellow trippers had the black coffee, and he said that it wasn’t strong enough and tasted a little watered down.
Overall, The Feel Good is a solid restaurant to go to if you are craving a continental breakfast, and it has lots of potential if they tweak the food.

This is the first restaurant we've tried since moving back to New Brunswick and we may have spoiled all other restaurants. The food is unbelievable!
The chef has such a brilliant mind and plates food that is as visually stunning as it is flavourful. He also used a delicious combination of textures to accentuate the beautiful flavours.
We tried the croque monsieur, fried jambalaya, brussel sprouts, broccolini and mango Lassi pancakes. It was like taking a food flavours cruise.
The service matched the delight we felt eating the food. Our server, who is also the owner, was engaging and clearly loves what she does.
The atmosphere was like a European café. This restaurant is a new love. If you live in the Maritimes, you should eat here.

Impressive food spot! Worth getting a reservation, and they don't serve your typical food fare (or in a typical way) You can tell this place is run by people who love good food and know how to make it (and surprise you) We had the homefries, eggs and Benny and pancakes. Had our minds blown a couple times with each item we got, very pleasantly surprised, no spot like this in Freddy. May suggest getting mango on the side for the pancakes (or off) as most of the slices appear to be unripened (hard, no flavor) but dish was divine otherwise, especially when the mango pieces were ripe :) Will happily come back, they have excellent portion sizes for the price too. It's nice to go to a place and not only not feel ripped off, but excited to return.

The food is to die for. We were visiting Fredericton for 2 days and after trying this place for breakfast on day one decided to come back on day 2. Highly recommend the mango lassi pancakes. Friendly staff and good music didn't hurt either.

Drove in from Ottawa with my family and friend’s family (9 of us total) saw the reviews of this place so we decided to come. The hostess at first seemed hesitant and advised that they typically only allow groups of 6 max but still accommodated us, super friendly and helpful, the place has a great vibe, the coffee (much needed) was really good and the food was definitely appetizing and filling. I highly recommend this place and will make it my stop on our next trip, possibly even on the way back to Ottawa.

Visited the Feel Good for the first time with my wife and her sister in April. WOW.... I thought breakfast was pretty much breakfast anywhere.. IT IS NOT. Familiar type ingredients used in creative and delicious ways to make genius level meals!
Not a cheap meal but an incredible meal. It is a blessing that we can only afford to visit occasionally or my weight would sky rocket. Very nice ambiance and friendly warm service.
