I bought a Bagel combo, Timbits with Icecapp, hazelnut muffin and two Maple donuts
I received everything except the combo for the bagel. The person at the counter didn’t listen to me even though I repeatedly mentioned I was missing the COMBO.
I left the place because it took me so long to have the incomplete order, tried to report it with the customer service app, no response.

Went to the Smythe Street location to grab a bagel for lunch and I got an very burnt black 4 cheese bagel! It was not edible. Waste of $4.60.
They never have anything anymore. Always gone. And it's so hard to understand some people with very heavy accents over the intercom to even decide what to order when they don't have what you want. Frustrating!!
