It’s unfortunately not a good place to have people walk up to talk to you but the entire province is not really much for that. But the service is great depending on the people working, some are more understanding and observant than others. Being deaf with cochlear implants it makes it pretty easy to gauge who is listening to you and who is making you repeat yourself because they think that your ignoring or making them repeat because you didn’t comprehend what they said. I love getting my food at tim’s i always get the same thing but its just cause i love it lol. I either get the farmers wrap or a bowl and strawberry lemonade and it hits every time.
Hire counter staff and quit pouring all your effort into drive through. We all understand drive through is the meat of your business but it makes a customer feel like crud when we stand at the counter and watch six or seven employees wait on one window while completing ignoring the person standing at the counter. Other than that I love my Tim’s coffee.
