Brenda is great when you go in there. But the rest of your staff lack training. Seriously, with increasing costs the service is ridiculous and you shouldn't be relying on one or two good staff members to carry the rest of the teams workload.
They are fast and efficient. Staff is very friendly and respectful. I always get a smile when I get to the drive thru window.
Parking: Parking on the Tim Hortons lot. They also have handicap parking spots.
Kid-friendliness: Of course children are allowed in the store and they have a great assortment of products that kids would love to eat.
