My daughter was invited to a birthday party there today and we were there first to arrive. I walked up to the guy working at the cash and asked about the party for today. instead of letting me know that they had no reservations but people don't always need one and the group can just show up, he went out of his way to be sarcastic and make me feel stupid for not knowing how things worked there ( I had never been there before) I was shocked by how he spoke to me, it was completely...read full review
Our group of friends had an issue with a game we bought at Unplugged. Even though it was a manufacturing issue, not the store's fault, Travis went above and beyond with solving it for us. Bravo! Best customer service ever!
Our favourite family and birthday party destination! Amazing service, wonderful staff, excellent games, super fun escape rooms, all in one place!
