Tried their online ordering process. Always takes a bit longer first time but not a bad experience. Waited until almost the provided time and went in to pick up the order. The wonderful lady putting up the order explained where everything was in the bag and double checked to make sure she didn't forget anything. Great experience!
After I had placed my order at the drive-thru, I sat there contemplating the sandwich artist on the inside. I would never meet this person, we would likely never cross paths. But the rest of my day was in their hands. They had the power to leave me in a blissful state of contentment, or to leave me disappointed and despondent. Food and service was fantastic but the bathroom was filthy. One of the stall doors doesn't lock and it's been like that for months, the toilets are disgusting and so full of urine. I had to clean the toilet before I used it, one had no toilet paper the other was very low, paper towel was empty, sink was gross, floor haven't been washed all week I'm sure. If I had seen the bathroom before I ate I would have walked out, shameful
