It has a very intimate feel about it. The service was so friendly and thorough. The food was awesome. We had the mushroom appetizer and I had the Lamb Biryani entree. The presentation was very professional. I couldn't eat all of my entree. I had to take some home. The prices are very reasonable. I was there with two colleagues and they too were very pleased with our experience. Our only cautionary comment is that the menu was difficult to read. More contrast is needed for the print. Try it out. You won't be disappointed.”

“I love this cafe so much. I used to go often when I worked downtown. Went in today with a friend for lunch. I had bibimbap and a tea. Both were delicious. The service and atmosphere are excellent. If you’re looking for a cozy cafe spot, I highly recommend stopping in. The lattes and baked goods are great as well especially the Nanaimo bars and the brownies.”

“First time stopping in and eating inside this restaurant. Top marks for cleanliness. Sad the way the world is that they need to lock the washroom doors due to an inconsiderate few. Both my lovely wife Pat and I needed to use the washroom. After ordering and asking to use the washroom, the friendly attendant buzzed, from her side, the button to remotely unlock the washroom doors. I was delighted that it was a full size washroom and extremely clean.
Once I was out, I looked around as I awaited our meals. Once Pat came out of the woman's washroom I walked around their eating area to get a better look. This place was so very clean the day we dined (late Sept. 2025). There were a few others enjoying their meals. Three people in line before us. All was good.
Pat and I both enjoyed our identical meals.
Only 2 down points and they are extremely slight.
1. Both Pat and I always feel we get too many fries in our meals (Happy kids meal - cheeseburger). Would be nice if there's another option rather than fries. We like to share and it'd be nice to split one fries and something else between us. Pat always takes my pickle off the cheeseburger (not a fan). Pat has a gulp or 2 of the chocolate milk and I drink the remaining. Pat eats the yogurts, normally.
2. Both children's toy figurines were identical. Would be nice if they were each different. Pat and I always give the children's toys (or books) to our lovely neighbour's children. I'm sure, if one thinks about it, it'd be nice to have 2 different toys to give a person.
As stated, very minor complaints, especially for the.overall experience.
Even though this restaurant is a bit out of the way for our dining experience, we do look forward to dining here in future.”

Her name was Pauline she was an older lady, she gave us directions to where we needed to go as we were traveling as well as she made accommodations for us as best as she could and gave us a coupon for an ice coffee as well as they worked fast and had good quality snacks”

We were greeted upon entering the associate was friendly and attempted to help us decide what we were looking to order. We came to decisions on the chicken avocado pesto and the black bean burger crunch wrap. A+++ the flavors were incredible! Each pairing of ingredients complimented each other and neither overpowered any of them. It was excitement for my taste buds. As well we had tractor beverages which were great. I could tell they didnt have preservatives and unwanted additives like red-40 etc. Natural bursts of flavor. The associate came and brought my kids a little sample of clean eat treats which was devoured in 2.0. I am thoroughly impressed with everything about this place. The food, the atmosphere, the ambience, the service- which are all important. Some might say the price is high however people need to understand the great importance of our health and what it means to have quality, clean ingredients. At this point majority of us should know that if it's not clean- it has carcinogenic ingredients, harmful seed oils and hormone disruptor that are quickly killing society. I fully support businesses that care about feeding the masses quality food. We should want to support health and stop supporting place like McDonald's and other unhealthy fast food chains who do not care about creating a healthier world.”

“Our daughter made reservations for our 46th wedding anniversary. She knows that I am difficult to impress. It was our first experience at Sophia & Spritz and won't be the last. We started with calamari, which is heavenly. I had the seafood bowl and my husband had the sirloin, which he could cut with a butter knife. Dessert was the chocolate moose and I had the coconut lemon tart. We had an amazing experience and will go there again.”
