Burger King is a good place to grab food during the day, with friendly staff. However, the night shift can be a different story, with some rude employees. Despite this, Arman, one of the employees, was polite, hardworking, and attentive, making a difference with his excellent service. Customers appreciate that their order is always right and that they are asked about condiments. The food is usually excellent and fresh, though some found it terrible and cold with too much ketchup on cheeseburgers and poutine needing more gravy. The restaurant drink station was dirty and needs to be cleaned.
