“I had a great experience at Harvey’s on Mountain Road in Moncton. Aman provided excellent customer service—he was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. Great service and a great experience overall! Highly recommend.“

“I truly never write reviews and never about a fast food place but I felt compelled to write one and give a shout out to the nice employees there. I've only gone to Arby's twice so far and my most recent visit was today. I got a curly fry poutine and two Jr's with cheddar, the food was great. Nice and hot and prepared good, the girl who took my order in drive thru was so sweet and bubbly she just seemed like she really enjoys her job. I didn't catch her name but she had some facial piercings and blonde hair with fun colours throughout, you were so polite and I just loved your vibe today and wanted to say I enjoyed your customer service. I don't know why it's taken me until this year to try Arby's but I'll definitely be back for the great food and the awesome customer service!“

“Amazing Food Not a fan of the Gravy as i prefer KFC But its still good Price is a bit high But Chicken Piece Size is as big as KFC used to be Tenders are Pricey but Delicious Fries i hate but others love Salads are Delicious I've had it pretty much all there. I gotta say its the best value for Chicken Dinner It goes Further,is Delicious and Customer Service is Canadian. You can tell by how they interact with you while projecting Empathy.“

“What can I say about Ed's Subs? Well for one, they have an AMAZING poutine! My regular go to spot! If you want to get your fill, try the Ed's steak and pepperoni sub. It's packed with so much meat and cheese that you'll need to stretch your jaw to get a bite on that thing lol. Definitely worth stopping in, you won't regret it (but you may need to wear comfy pants afterwards 🤣).“

“food was great but manager is arrogant also sign says dining inside open yet we where told take out or eat in your vehicle to the young man behind counter thank u so much for tray n napkins n treating us customers with kindness covid affects us all no need in arrogance in any work place will I be back yes but I will not tolerate eyes rolled cause I asked if there where veggie burgers reply was no vegetarian food here with eye roll n marching to other end of counter shouting next seriously some people can't digest red meat didn't mean I couldn't eat something else there so next time I'll ask to see your store owner instead of feeling like the question was to much for you to answer in a civil tone“

“The food is always good. But the employee going to town on straw while standing over the food was very off putting. That is disgusting and unsanitary, especially at the tail end of pandemic. Very unprofessional and very gross.“

Storing uncovered chicken in plastic bin without sealing it .. leaving 3 month old Grease in chicken fryer and not having basic food handling knowledge!is their downfall! Poorly run kitchen with Punjabi staff literally insulting front staff in their language!“
