If you enjoy Chinese food, this is a great place to eat. House of Lam has been around for years and years. My mom recommends the seafood Cantonese chow mein. I love the honey garlic ribs and their homemade plum sauce ?.Parking: If you go when it's busy, it's hard to park as the parking lot is small. However, there is parking around the back if the front is full.
Great food. We left full with take home leftovers. Generous meat on garlic spare ribs and chicken balls full of chicken and not just batter. Egg rolls were good too. Recommend combo #1.Waitress was amazing. Low quality table and chairs but dont let that sway you from eating there.

To the owner, The food is excellent, the service is out of this world, fast,polite,nice. BUT THE SMELL.!!! Your carpets look clean enough but the smell coming from them was awful. It got worst going to the washroom. That was absolutely disgusting. I know it's an old building and it was well maintained but you really need to remove those carpets.
