Starbucks in Moncton

“The service at this Starbucks is a little bit slower and not quite as good as other stores I’ve been to. I’ve also had a couple of staff members who weren’t exactly pleasant…This being said, I’ve never had an issue with my order. Two things that stick out to me a lot are that interior of the store. It’s rather blank and a little cold in atmosphere compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to, and there’s not much seating. Secondly, they’ve added a blockade to the exit from the drive thru, which is hard to explain but it makes getting both into the drive thru and out of it quite difficult“

“We pulled in for a coffee on a road trip, and just as we did my son vomited all over himself. My wife went in to get napkins, and she came out with Tina! Tina offered up a cloth to use instead. She then went back in and returned with three cake pops for our kids. Over and above. Rare customer service.“

“Swung by this Starbucks on a Sunday morning with a couple of friends and we snagged the big corner table by the window, which made the whole visit feel way more relaxed than a typical coffee run. The barista got our order of three different seasonal drinks right without any fuss, and mine came out perfectly hot. We ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting over pastries, which says a lot about how comfortable the space is. Solid spot if you want somewhere easy and consistent to kick off a weekend morning with people you actually want to spend time with.“
