“I took a photo of a combo in 2006 and compared it today; you couldn’t tell them apart! The quality and taste has been consistent for over 25 years, excellent. In all those years, as a loyal local customer, there may have been one time where the spare ribs weren’t 100% but it’s been so few of times. And after trying many different places in the region and around the world, Highway Good Wok remains my favorite Chinese takeaway! Maybe it has a little to do with being “good memory” food but we love it and it’s part of the history of The Ridge and the wider Eastern Charlotte!“
