Ordered our food, it wasn't busy at all. Waited 35 minutes before asking if they had accidentally forgotten us?? Stood there for 10 minutes while the staff stood there talking amongst themselves. . . then someone from the back comes to the window and says they lost our order -- we can remake it or give your money back. They didn't apologize, they didn’t care at all, and furthermore, she acted like I was inconveniencing HER!
