This Tim’s Hortons is the slowest drive thru on the planet
20 minutes for a tea that had no sugar as wanted. the man next to me waited 25 minutes for a hot chocolate until they figured out the machine wasn't working. the workers seemed like they had no flow or direction. plenty of staff present but 2 seemed to be talking and wondering around, and others were slower than syrup. please train your staff on how to keep things flowing. there was no.need for a line up to the door and 10.people waiting with that many staff.
wait line in the store is the worse i have ever seen, i stood in line for 25mins with 3 people ahead of me, how dose this even happen? its pretty clear all that this store worrys about is the drive threw, but its no better there messed up coffee's, cant get orders right need some new management or a team that cares!
