“We were camping for five days at nearby Kouchibouguac national Park and wanted to have a break from cooking. We took a chance on MAKEBA restaurant and were surprisingly delighted. Upon entry, we were greeted by cheerful staff. Our waitress, Jeanne, was fabulously charming. She made recommendations and was fun with her banter. The menu was quite eclectic, but both my wife and I settled on the poke bowls. We started with the scallops. Everything was delicious, including the local sourced IPA on tap. What a cosy find in a less travelled part of New Brunswick.“

I would definitely go there again and recommend this place to anyone including friends and family. They also have deals on specific days of the week should which should be checked out.“
