I have been to this location before and have always found a great amount of consistency in terms of the taste of the food/beverages. Service here in drive thru is so slow. I it veggie burgers and this is one of the only fast food joints to grab one…I just ordered one and I’ve been sitting in line for 8 minutes and am still waiting. Usually the veggies burgers take a minute if they don’t have any prepared, but it’s not immune that is causing the wait. It’s the people ahead of me. Location was unkept. Dined inside. The condiment area was messy and dirty and several tables and pretty much every available seat was dirty. I acknowledge it was busy however, while eating here, the traffic died down to nil and the staff spent there time having a good chat behind the counter when they could have made an effort to clean the dining area. Bit of a disappointment for this A&W location.
