Stood at the counter this morning for over five minutes with no one in front of me and got no service at all. 3-4 people working for the drive through, but no one at the counter. The lineup started to grow behind me and I left because I had waited long enough. People were complaining behind me about no one taking orders and they were there for less than two minutes. Tim Hortons is not just a popular stop for refreshments, but also a local landmark on the peninsula. Residents often use it as a reference point for giving directions. The coffee is excellent, described as robust and delicious, and can be enjoyed with their pastries which are reasonably priced. The food is fresh and drinks are hot. The manager is very nice and friendly and the staff is great. Parking and seating doesn't seem adequate for the amount of traffic and the display is pretty sparse for baked goods. It is a great spot with a nice staff.
