Had to drive to the St.stephen location to get pizza for hungry kids. They had their oven and grill turned off at 8:50pm when the location does not close until 10pm. And would not turn the oven back on after i said i would wait, just complained they would have to clean it again. This is not the first time this has happened either. I've had several coworkers and hockey parents tell me the same thing. The garbage can in the dining room was also overflowing onto the floor. This is one of the few places you are supposed to be able to get food after a certain time in St. Andrews,

Don’t bother getting cold brews here. You’ll either just get iced coffee with whipped cream on top or, like I did today, hot coffee poured over ice… with whipped cream on top. But they’ll charge you for the cold brew. Has happened to me multiple times now. It’s a rip off (and tastes gross).

The food wasn't bad but the guy who was taking orders was a piece of work lol. He took my friends' orders, I was next in line but my guy decided to go talk to his coworkers. Maybe he got tired from taking two orders in a row. It seems like rude behavior and ignorance is a normal thing here.

Hire better staff, if they’re gona do racial discrimination, better just no to customer that they’re not gona serve y rather than just charge for things and then show their racist side. Ordered something….waited for more than 15 minutes then I had to tell em that I ordered this thing, how long it is going to take and then she realized that ohh we gotta make this. Didn’t even called the order….made a bad wrap and did just left it on pickup counter. I mean really it wasn’t like that I behaved bad or anything. Was polite but really bad experience with this Tim hortons which left a real bad image of the town for me.

Washrooms were filthy and uncared for. Had to wait for 5 minutes to even be served. Staff were rude and made sexual remarks towards my girlfriend. Overcharged for water. Tim hortons experiences have been going down hill recently and this is certainly a low point. If corporate cannot control there standards then I may soon be looking elsewhere for my coffee.
