Parking and seating dosen't seem adequate for the amount of traffic they get at this location and don't expect much choices for baked goods where the display is pritty sparce and they are usually out of a lot of things all the time

The ambiance was very unwelcoming.
One of the employee was wearing ear pod while working: thats not the standard!
The whisker for ice capp was in the hand washing sink, very unsanitary. Food safety concerns!
The product availability was very poor. All the baskets were empty. Sorry, it wasn’t, there was a cookie and a muffin there lol thats it.
I am very unhappy with this experience, i wish someone will look into this to make it better for others .

Staff on bagel station was rude and had earpods on while working which is food safety. Please teach ur staff how to treat customers nicely. Same gloves used for multitasks. Atleast wash hands after every task. Got 3-4 steeptea and more stuff, guy was taking out steeptea after every 5-10 seconds and didn’t let it brew completely, now it tastes yuck and complete water. Also to add, showcase was completely empty as hell.

To late food no one response after taking food order so annoyed service. If anybody wants to visit they have to bring lot of patience with them.
Great spot, all Tim’s should be like this but unfortunately, they’re not. Food was fresh and drinks were hot. Nice staff and local radio playing added to a good experience.

I went inside to order a large hot chocolate and couple of donuts, the manager (Elaine, name in her name tag) was very nice and friendly. She greeted us before she took our orders. With that simple smile from her is a great start for the day. And in the evening around 9:30s, i went to the drive thru to order pizza and donuts, someone took my orders right away. Upon driving to the window to pay my order, the guy was very polite and friendly. And i got my orders so fast. I think his name is Darwin. Very great experienced! I will surely go back here in my next visit to St. Andrews.

they make THE best coffee. and the service is wonderful. I’ve had my fair shares with grumpy workers but they were just respectful and patient!
