waited almost 20min. to find out they forgot to bring my order out and of course the food was cold and gross... not the 1st bad experience I've had there. I will not be going back to this location.
If the young ADULTS could stay off their cell phones long enough to (1) Take the orddr correctly and (2) Bag the order CORRECTLY it would be a step in the right direction. This is terrible customer service!
It does not take a rocket scientist to know that when packing a bag with food, the poutine doesn't get put on it's side. My other meal came with a half of a container of what they deem as "fresh" fries. I cannot in good faith keep going to this location. It is always disgusting and the food is thrown together on the best of days. A please and thank you go a long ways too. SMH
