Thank you for stepping beyond hours of operations last night as we went through drive-thru at 9:20pm. The lady said closed at 9pm but we still have icecream. 😊
ordered a cake 24 hours in advance for a childs birthday. When it was to be picked up it was not ready, due to poor organization it wasnt even on the radar to be made.
The staff on put together a cake using paper on top of the cake. Considering what the prices on the cakes are one expects to have it made properly especially when giving proper notice.
My child was late for his own party waiting on the cake and when he seen it at his party he was extremely disappointed.
