“We sat outside on the porch looking across Friars Bay to Eastport, USA. Wonderful views & friendly crew. Our choice for lunch were the Clubhouse Sandwiches and ice tea. Huge amounts of grilled chicken, bacon, cheese lettuce & tomato. Sandwiches were so large we could only eat half. Cookies for dessert topped it off. Fantastic Meal and definitely worth the ride to Campobello Island 🇨🇦 A+++“

“Lubec Maine is a gem of a village with great hiking close by- Cohills inn is above a quite restaurant/ Irish pubic that likes the Philadelphia Eagles. They strangely ask you to order drinks and food at the bar and they will deliver to your table ( with a friendly smile). It is a weird and seemingly poorly executed system- maybe they are separating themselves with the tavern across the street??? We had fish taco’s - good, nothing special- artichoke and spinach dip was cold- after heating up it was- again, okay. I had a salmon salad- boring-
We slept on the second floor- clean room with a view- nothing special but very convenient- watched a lovely sunrise- noise was not an issue at all- restaurant closed at 8 pm ( fall hours). We came for the views and Lubec did not disappoint!“
