“This is by far the best experience that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was Halloween night, one of the most chaotic nights of the year, and me and my friends walked into this fine establishment, said trick-or-treat, and they proceeded to give me and my 2 other friends a large frosty and a cookie each, while refusing payment. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant 10/10 would highly recommend.“
“I usually come by after work when Im too tired to cook. I see lots of poor reviews but when I come by at late night and Carrie is working I know I’ll get great service and some tasty food too. She always has a smile on her face and is pleasant. Give this woman a raise! Idk Wendy’s policies but I imagine if Carrie were managing and had the tools to build a staff that Hendo road would be the best in the area. It truly is the people who make or break a place. “Well they didn't have my coffee but to be fair it's like midnight. Also, they didn't have the frosty flavor I wanted either. BUT they substituted and gave us 4 chocolate frosties for the price of the one and I got my refund on doordash so I can't complain. also heard the staff is hot but idk I didn't go in“
