Five Guys in Concord

“We have two Five Guys in Concord. My husband and I visited this location for the first time on May 3. This location is by far the superior of the two Concord locations. Reasons they are superior…We were immediately greeted when we walked in by Steve who was at the register. Every employee was friendly and welcoming from the time we entered until we left. The music was not blasting so loudly that we could not hear each other. The burgers were cooked perfectly and were loaded with the extras (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc). And, the highlight…this restaurant is super clean! I saw tables being cleaned by Steve as customers left which is something I haven’t seen being done in most restaurants now. I noticed the sanitation grade is 100. Better than many restaurants! Thanks to the manager, Lauren, for ensuring the restaurant is clean and serving quality food! This is our go to Five Guys from now on!“

“My wife ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and loved it as usual.

I saw the *secret menu grilled cheese w a burger* online and came to order it. It’s now a menu item, listed as a patty melt.

I ordered a double burger but only received 1 patty (1 patty is the standard order. So muscle memory is why the prepared it that way I assume). The manager let me keep the burger made in error, and made me a fresh burger to go. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
