“Daveon, the manager here, is probably the nicest, most helpful person I have had the utmost pleasure of interacting with in a customer facing position probably ever. I had ordered my sandwich with mayonnaise, and I'm not sure if I had misspoken, or if the nice young gentleman at the counter had misheard me, but I got mustard instead (I can't stand the stuff). When I told Daveon, no questions asked, he made me a new burger, and offered my wife and I free drinks for the inconvenience. However much this man is making, it's not enough. Give this man a six figure salary. We need more of him in the customer service field. As for the food, it's Five Guys everybody. The burgers were incredible, there were enough fries in one large to feed a small village, everything was fresh and flavorful and the customer service at this location can't be matched. My wife and I will definitely be back.“
“My girlfriend and I came like ten minutes before they were supposed to close, and they still served us to my surprise. It's our dinner together for our birthday, so as much as I felt bad for coming so late, we appreciate the three individuals working tonight fosho.
She ordered a BLT w/ fries with a strawberry milkshake and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w/ fries with a blackberry milkshake. (I was curious when I seen the advertisement for it at the counter.)
Let's just say we loved our meals 100%. And the amount of fries we each got, dwamn, a ton. And the milkshakes were amazing. At first I wasn't sure if I liked mine, but as I kept sipping , I couldn't stop and then, boom, it was gone.“
