“Four stars only because it was our first visit, we made the staff aware of that, and my son didn't specify his tipping and no one asked him, so his burger arrived completely plain. Our fault for not knowing, but I feel the staff could have asked given they knew we had no clue what we were we doing. Otherwise a good experience, my burger was fantastic! “We haven’t been to this 5 guys location in years. WOW it has definitely changed for the best. The place is clean, as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Daveon (he was awesome, friendly, professional, and even stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we needed this young man is on top of everything and you can tell he loves what he does), fresh delicious food (burgers and fries were the best we have ever had), and best of all our family will be eating here weekly.
We got to relax, enjoy the food & music, and the atmosphere is just what our family needs after a long week of work and school.
The employees is what make this location what it is. Everyone tonight was on top of their game and so upbeat. Can’t wait until next week for our 5 guys date. Delicious burgers and sharing bag fries with the family.
