“I recently visited the Five Guys at the Arboretum in Charlotte, North Carolina, and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, including the condiment area, which was well‑stocked and tidy. The female attendant who took my order was friendly, attentive, and detail‑oriented, making sure everything was correct. The young manager also greeted me warmly and asked how I was doing, which added a personal touch to the visit. My order was prepared quickly, and he handed me my bag with everything exactly as requested. Overall, the service was efficient, welcoming, and professional — a great visit from start to finish.“

The place is very clean and the condiments were filled and ready for use. The order taking is flawless and the speed of service is 5 Star. “I have been craving a good burger for a while now and happened to stop by this spot Friday evening and I'm glad that I did!!! I ordered a bacon cheese burger (light mayo, light ketchup, light mustard, A1 sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & JALAPEÑOS) with a side of Cajun Fries OF COURSE. When I tell you that this burger HIT THE SPOT... it really did out due my expectations. The burger was PERFECT and nothing fell off and the fries were GREAT; nice, hot & seasoned. I initially was going to grab it to-go home but I decided to sit down and enjoy it right there on-the-spot... and I'm glad I did! It was well worth the $19.57 total. No regrets and I will definitely go back when that next burger craving comes on.
Kid-friendliness: There were also several other parents in there with their kids so I will definitely bring my son with me next time. He was actually mad that I did not bring him any fries home. LOL“

EVERYTIME I come in whether it’s to pick up an order or place one this young man is EXCEPTIONAL!! HE GREETS EVERY PERSON THAT COMES IN THAT DOOR! I WATCHED 3 PEOPLE PILE IN AT CLOSING. He didn’t frown , he didn’t get upset , he greeted all of us even the last minute ones ! He also made my food and checks AFTER taking all of our orders as well ! There were other workers there however, I saw this young mad run the whole FOH ! Thanks EJ! KEEP IT UP !“
“I went to Five Guys and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Their fries were super good, and they give really generous amounts of fries, even extra in the bag. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely go back again.“

Can they change the soda machine from freestyle to regular soda machine to keep flavor consistent.
There is a parking garage. There may be discounted or free parking. Not sure.
For mgmt- I wish there was easy way for parking , maybe cheaper rate. Building design makes it hard for drivers to pick up food.“
“I started coming here to get my five guys because the south blvd location wasn’t doing it. The food tastes delicious and fries were crispy but I saw a girl tonight use her phone, not change her gloves after the fact and continued cooking my food. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the hygiene factor.“
“Absolutely phenomenal team. Went here for a online pickup order late 3/12/26. Extremely good natured team, all employees were having a great time and clearly happy. Food delivered precisely and communicated effectively during a very busy hour. Keep up the great work - every workplace needs a team like this!“
