This is the 1st review I have ever made but my experience here today was so significant to me that it's worth my time to do this. After shopping, I figured I could go for a snack at the food court here at South Park mall. I ordered myself a little bacon burger plus mayo lettuce and pickles, not thinking it would be anything special. And I have to say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.. truly. What do you want on your burger? Who cares - certainly not these employees. I filled out an online feedback form in detail regarding multiple, sequential, weekly visits at which my order was botched.A few months later I gave them another chance - and do you know what had changed? Right - nothing - giving corporate that feedback was a waste of time. I no longer waste time or $ at Five-Guys.

Excellent food and wonderful staff. Usually you would not rave about a fast food place but this place deserves it. They went above and beyond to serve us well. From the food to one of the employees making sure our ticket was stamped so we would not pay for the parking. Will go back again and again and again.
