Excellent food and wonderful staff. Usually you would not rave about a fast food place but this place deserves it. They went above and beyond to serve us well. From the food to one of the employees making sure our ticket was stamped so we would not pay for the parking. Will go back again and again and again.

Staff seemed to not really know what they were doing. It wasn’t that busy but took 50 minutes for my food. I watched a staff member pull an item out of the trash and then touch a customer’s food.

When I got there at 7:40, I was told by one associate who was cleaning that they were closed. I then looked at my watch. Another associate asked me what I wanted. I said he, the guy standing next to you just said that you were closed. He then stated he’s not the boss I am. At this point I just left. I am not about to play games with my food. This was terrible service.

This is the 1st review I have ever made but my experience here today was so significant to me that it's worth my time to do this. After shopping, I figured I could go for a snack at the food court here at South Park mall. I ordered myself a little bacon burger plus mayo lettuce and pickles, not thinking it would be anything special. And I have to say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had.. truly. Have been thinking about this burger ever since and it was a 10/10. On top of that, Service was with a smile and everyone was super friendly. Thank you 5 Guys for the best burger and great experience.

What do you want on your burger? Who cares - certainly not these employees. I filled out an online feedback form in detail regarding multiple, sequential, weekly visits at which my order was botched.A few months later I gave them another chance - and do you know what had changed? Right - nothing - giving corporate that feedback was a waste of time. I no longer waste time or $ at Five-Guys.

Not sure why this is rated 2.5 stars because this has been our favorite Five Guys in all of Charlotte. Our order has always been correct, the staff is always polite, and the food has always been top notch!

Ordered regular fries from here and they gave me less fries than even the kids fries at all the other five guys locations I usually get twice the amount of fries, very disappointed with this location.

I understand that this is the mall and my expectations for mall food should be low, but there is ZERO excuse for constantly getting a SIMPLE order wrong, or disregarding requests on orders due to “not feeling like it”. If I want a plain burger, I’ll ask for a bacon burger…right..??!?!?..RIGHT. If I wanted cheese on that bacon burger, I’d order a bacon cheeseburger..right….??!?!?..RIGHT. So, to constantly place cheese on a burger, whether due to incompetence or force of habit, is completely unacceptable. There was a point in time where going to Five Guys was something great. Fry portions were respectable. Burgers were juicy. That is a thing of the past. The only thing that has leveled up are the prices. High prices for subpar food.
