In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

The gentlemen who took my order was fantastic, however the ladies that were the batistas were not helpful and very short if you asked a question. The oatmilk in my ice shaken espresso was also a bit chunky. It was ok, but will give them another try because they are a busy location.

I absolutely love my visits to Starbucks! Whether I’m grabbing a quick pick-me-up or relaxing with friends, the experience never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome every time. The ambiance is cozy, and it’s the perfect place to either work or unwind.

My intentions are not to leave a bad review, rather some feedback. I've lived in southern pines for 11 years now, and always order basically the same thing. Consistency is what this particular starbucks lacks. One coffe made the same way should always taste the same.
