Where are the rest of my fries? Seriously, who thought this was acceptable?
I had a mobile order and they had difficulty processing it and then I ended up waiting for it for over 25 minutes. I had to go in even though it was a drive-through order, And only when I got there, they started to assemble that order.
Just had lunch as I have had many times over the years. The burger looked and tasted old and tough, bun burned, fries cold. It was around 2:30 so I guess I got the left overs from regular lunch. Sorry.i won’t be back. However ,the employees are kind and service is quick.i have noticed the quality headed down. I did not ask for refund as this was the end.
